Step 2: Fill out 2 of the links below both "Click Here to Print Your Organix Shopping List" and "Submit Rebate Now"
Step 3: Print them both out
Step 4: Put in your receipt with the needed information circled
Step 5: Put it all in an envelope and ship it!

Easy peezy!

Then after that you'll just wait for your rebate to come in the mail. =)
