Olay Total Effects Body Lotion Review

Product Claims - Fights 7 signs of aging (Improves elasticity, relieves dryness, deeply conditions skin, brightens dull skin, evens skin tone, smooths rough skin, and minimizes the appearance of fine lines)

Review - I've used the entire bottle in about 2-3 months which I think is pretty good considering it only costs $7-$8. I actually really like this product when I first started using it. My skin was so soft and it was noticeable too. I didn't see any difference in the product helping my skin even it's tone but it did help with 5 of the 7 things that it claims to fight. I can't really comment on whether or not it helped minimize the appearance of fine lines because well I don't have any on my body. I will say that after a while I didn't notice my skin being as soft as when I first started using it. I'm assuming it's because it has repaired my skin or that it's getting use to it. Overall, I like this body lotion and would definitely repurchase. Besides who wouldn't want to fight 7 signs of aging!

My Review: Product is decent. Although it's a gel texture, it doesn't quite absorb into my skin very well and often leaves my skin feeling a bit sticky. Effectiveness in it's ability to moisturize is minimum, when my skin gets really dry and to the point of peeling this product doesn't do very much to help hydrate it. If your skin type is normal this might be enough moisture for you but I prefer something a bit more hydrating. Also, this is a personal preference but I'm not very fond of the scent of the product either.

Repurchase: No. Especially not for the price.
