Olay Total Effects Body Lotion Review

Product Claims - Fights 7 signs of aging (Improves elasticity, relieves dryness, deeply conditions skin, brightens dull skin, evens skin tone, smooths rough skin, and minimizes the appearance of fine lines)

Review - I've used the entire bottle in about 2-3 months which I think is pretty good considering it only costs $7-$8. I actually really like this product when I first started using it. My skin was so soft and it was noticeable too. I didn't see any difference in the product helping my skin even it's tone but it did help with 5 of the 7 things that it claims to fight. I can't really comment on whether or not it helped minimize the appearance of fine lines because well I don't have any on my body. I will say that after a while I didn't notice my skin being as soft as when I first started using it. I'm assuming it's because it has repaired my skin or that it's getting use to it. Overall, I like this body lotion and would definitely repurchase. Besides who wouldn't want to fight 7 signs of aging!

My Review: Product is decent. Although it's a gel texture, it doesn't quite absorb into my skin very well and often leaves my skin feeling a bit sticky. Effectiveness in it's ability to moisturize is minimum, when my skin gets really dry and to the point of peeling this product doesn't do very much to help hydrate it. If your skin type is normal this might be enough moisture for you but I prefer something a bit more hydrating. Also, this is a personal preference but I'm not very fond of the scent of the product either.

Repurchase: No. Especially not for the price.

Product Review: This is not only my favorite makeup primer it's also the very first primer that I have ever used and I'm so glad that I found the one! I was introduced to this product by one of the Ulta employees and I must say I've been hooked ever since I started using it. Recently, I've finished my THIRD bottle and that in itself speaks for itself. I never felt that there was a need to even try anything else. The price, the product, and the results are amazing. Why would you change such a good thing?

I've talked with several Ulta employees and they have all recommended this product. I mean come on look at all the amazing things this product is offering. It has everything you want all in one product. It doesn't break me out and it really does give my face that flawless look. You can definitely tell how amazing the texture your skin looks with this product.

I will be using this product for the rest of my life! I cannot possibly rave anymore about this product. I highly recommond anyone to try this product.

Also, if you purchase from Ulta they have the 20% off discount that you can use on this product which will end up costing you only $20.80 before tax. Price is definitely affordable and it will last you for a long time, of course depending on how often you use it.

Review: I absolutely love this body moisturizer! It's possibly my favorite to date of all the moisturizers that I've used. It's extremely light weight, slightly scented, moistuerizes, doesn't feel like it's lying on top of my skin, and always leave my skin ridiculously soft. This moisturizer really is great and I have no complaints about it. It is a definite must try. Although, I will say that if you have extremely dry skin I'm not sure whether this would be moisturizing enough. I would still recommend it though :)

The cost is slightly higher compared to other lotions that you can get in the market especially since you can pratically get a giant size bottle of lotions for like $8 bucks.

It is a moisturizer that I would be repurchasing but since I'm on a very tight budget (I know it's only $12! but ... I do have a wedding to save for so every dollar really counts for me right now) I'll be on the hunt for a cheaper alternative.

ACTUALLY! Now that I think about it... they sell H2O plus at Ulta! Which you can use their $3.50 off of your $10 purchase. Which will make it only $8! Before tax of course but that's actually pretty good. Oh Ulta... what would I ever do without you? Darn... I just purchased lotion too bo I probably won't need to stock up for another 3-5 months. Oh wells! Next time.

HAPPY NEW YEARS!

Why hello everyone! Hope you all had a safe, fun, and of course a memorable New Year! I hope that your new year is off to a good start :)

Since not only did New Year just passed by but Chinese New Year is literally just right around the corner! Which means my days are filled with nothing but cleaning and organizing the house. Not only that but before Chinese New Years your suppose to cut your hair for good luck :) so that is exactly what I did today! I finally cut off 12 inches of my hair to donate to Locks of Love. I'll save that for another post.

I'm currently trying to get rid of some stuff as well so I'm selling products on eBay. Please check it out!
